具有张紧力的绳索结构，不需拆卸即可直接测量。重量轻、结构简单、操作方便，适用于任何场合。具有七种线径测量功能、测量范围更宽、节省成本。使用范围：适用于柔性的，拉伸的索。如各种钢丝绳、度绳索等等……。精度等级：±3%～6%（取决于绳索形式和特点）当被测索规格与测力仪中储存索号规格相同时，在额定量程内/测力精度可达±2％。绳索直径：10mm～22mm。测试量程：10T。

保养注意事项
Maintenance precautions
⑴钢丝绳的使用期限与使用方法有很大的关系，因此应做到按规定使用，禁止拖拉、抛掷，使用中不准超负荷，不准使钢丝绳发生锐角折曲，不准急剧改变升降速度，避免冲击载荷。

⑵钢丝绳有铁锈和灰垢时，用钢丝刷刷去并涂油。

⑶钢丝绳每使用4个月涂油一次，涂油时好用热油（50℃左右）浸透绳芯，再擦去多余的油脂。

⑷钢丝绳盘好后应放在清洁干燥的地方，不得重叠堆置，防止扭伤。

⑸钢丝绳端部用钢丝扎紧或用熔点低的合金焊牢，也可用铁箍箍紧，以免绳头松散。

⑹使用中，钢丝绳表面如有油滴挤出，表示钢丝绳已承受相当大的力量，这时应停止增加负荷，并进行检查，必要时更换新钢丝绳。

⑺牵引钢丝绳的承载能力应为总牵引力的5—8倍。
